It has good sized and fully-equipped rooms and stunning location not far from the supermarket as well as a wonderful walking path in the Dobrota area and 10 steps from the sea. I can just recommend this apartment.

We loved everything about our stay at this property. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. The balcony was a lovely addition and perfect for enjoying meals. The hand shower had great pressure and always provided hot water. The kitchen had everything we needed, and clean towels were available every day. The location was convenient, with the beach just steps away and the old town within a 15-minute walk. The staff, especially the owner, were incredibly helpful and caring.

The studio was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for our vacation. The location was superb, just a short stroll along the beautiful seafront to the center of Kotor. The owner, Mirko, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, fulfilling all our wishes. He even organized excursions for us, adding extra fun to our trip. The nearby walking routes and small beach made it easy to keep the kids entertained. We will definitely be returning to Mirko's place for our next family getaway!

We spent three nights at Mirko's apartment on Kotor Bay. The apartment was large, clean, calm, and nicely situated. It was a short 15-20 minute walk to the old city of Kotor and close to restaurants and a grocery shop. There was a beautiful little beach just across from the flat, with clear water and almost no seaweed. Mirko provided sun chairs for us to use on the beach, which was a nice touch. The bedroom and adjacent terrace were the highlights of the apartment, perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing after a day at the beach. Mirko was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide helpful tips. He even booked a boat tour for us in Kotor Bay. We highly recommend this place for a peaceful visit to Kotor Bay! Thanks again, Mirko!

I had an incredible stay at Apartments Bajkovic. The location was perfect, just a short walk or bike ride from the old city. The hosts were amazing and made me feel right at home. They even let me use their bikes to explore the area. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the balcony with the view of the sea and the beautiful garden surrounding the property. The private beach right in front of the house was a bonus. The only small drawbacks were a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment and the fact that the beach was not completely private as it was next to the street. But overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Apartments Bajkovic to anyone visiting the area.

the apartment at Bajkovic was super clean and comfortable. It's located right next to the bay - so the views were amazing. The hosts were really friendly and gave us great local insights. The best service was when they helped us arrange a stay within minutes - even though we arrived a night earlier.
